Conditions for purchases from narvomi.com.
Operator and scope
narvomi™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Qixin Trading Co., Ltd. These conditions explain purchases, payment, delivery, and after-sales support. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy provide further details. Our Privacy Policy describes personal information handling.
Product descriptions
Review dimensions, materials, colors, included quantities, compatibility, and instructions before ordering. Measurements are approximate where stated. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived color; this does not excuse material differences from the description. Props, jewelry, eyewear, LED lights, batteries, and other styling accessories are excluded unless expressly listed.
Orders and verification
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt, rather than completion of all checks. Fulfillment is subject to payment verification and availability. If a pricing error, unavailable item, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or fulfillment problem prevents acceptance or completion, we will contact you where practicable. We will not charge a corrected higher price without agreement. Collected payments for cancelled items will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Review the checkout currency, product charges, shipping, applicable taxes, discounts, and total before submission. You must be authorized to use your payment method. Provider or bank fees can apply separately. Promotion-specific eligibility and limits apply as displayed.
Processing and delivery
Preparation generally takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and verification, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Eligible U.S. carrier transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. These stages are separate and arrival estimates are not guarantees. Available destinations and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Request changes promptly. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins; changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after processing, packing, or shipment preparation starts. Successfully cancelled orders before fulfillment have no cancellation fee.
Returns and refunds
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Obtain return instructions before shipping. Preference-based returns generally require unused items in original condition with included parts, and the customer generally pays return postage. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and acceptance, to the original payment method.
Problems with an order
Report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items promptly. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, reshipment, refund, or a return. Additional costs attributable to our confirmed error will not be passed to you.
Product use
Follow the individual listing and care instructions. Decorative products are not toys. Do not use non-food-contact trays or boxes for food. Lantern Lane is a ceramic cover for a compatible battery-operated LED tealight only; real candles and flames must never be used. Coasters and runners are not heat-resistant or waterproof. Decorative pillows are not for infant sleep.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer protections, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Product care guidance does not replace those rights.
Updates and questions
Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights associated with existing orders. Contact us to discuss any order concern; our business and support details appear below.
