Available payment methods

The payment methods currently available to your order are shown at checkout. Availability can vary by location, currency, device, and payment provider. Only methods displayed at checkout are offered for that transaction.

Order totals and currency

Before paying, review the product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, currency, and final total. The displayed checkout currency applies to your transaction. Your bank or provider may charge separate currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Payment processing

Our Shopify storefront uses checkout and payment services to process transactions. Payment details are handled by the relevant checkout and payment providers. Do not email us full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or one-time verification codes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Verification and authorization

Banks or payment providers may require authentication, decline payments, or place temporary authorization holds. Additional checks may be needed before fulfillment. A temporary hold is not necessarily a settled charge; contact your provider if its status is unclear.

Discounts

Enter eligible discount codes before completing payment. Expiration dates, minimum spend, exclusions, and usage limits shown with an offer apply. Review the final total to confirm the discount has been accepted.

Declined or uncertain payments

Check your billing details and contact your payment provider if needed. If you see a pending debit without an order confirmation, contact us before retrying repeatedly. Include the checkout email, approximate transaction date, and order number if available; do not send sensitive card details.

Refunds

Eligible refunds normally go back to the original payment method. After an approved return is received, inspected, and accepted, refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days; provider posting time is additional.
